Have completed a first or second year of university

Are involved with a Reform or Progressive congregation or youth movement

Meet the eligibility requirements of MASA and Onward Israel

Have NOT spent three or more months in Israel as part of an educational or peer-program (this includes semester abroad, gap year, or any other MASA or Onward Israel program)

Are fluent in English
