[YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS] Netzer Gathers Madrichimot From All Over the Globe for its First Ever Veida Online

Jason Bourne and Rachael Bootcov, Netzer Interim Mazkir and Mazkira, share the highlights of the very first ever Veida Online which took place October 15 to 17 and brought together madrichimot from all over the world.

We kicked the weekend seminar off with a Global Kabbalat Shabbat Service as we visited every corner of the globe to hear our amazing Netzer song leaders welcome in Shabbat with all the very best Netzer tunes.

Over the course of the weekend we ran alternative services and peulot with the running theme of Redefining Connection. We welcomed Graham Carpenter, a Netzer alum, who ran a really informative session on the work that he does with OLAM, which was most interesting and thought-provoking.

The final element to our online Veida was of course our Asefah where we voted in 2 new snifim to our global Netzer family tree! A very huge welcome to Netzer BARCELONA and Netzer ARGENTINA to our Global Progressive Jewish Youth Movement!

A huge thank you to all those that took part in running the services and sessions and of course to all of our snifim and representatives that joined us [at all hours] and took part in the amazing Netzer spaces that we managed to create on Zoom. We look forward to hopefully being back in person in 2022!
