The Rosh Hashanah Seder Cookbook (Spain)
A group effort, and the recipes of many of Comunidad Judía Reformista de Madrid members, has resulted in a precious cookbook, which for the moment is only in English. It was designed to show the beautiful Sephardic tradition of the Rosh Hashanah Seder as well as the cuisines within CJRM. It also offers ideas to whomever is interested in organizing their own Seder with recipes and tools to carry it out.
