About the conference
Connections is the biennial conference of the World Union for Progressive Judaism – the central hub that connects all Reform, Progressive, Liberal and Reconstructionist Jewish communities around the world while upholding the State of Israel as the center of the Jewish people and Jewish identity.
The conference is a unique global gathering in Jerusalem – giving members of the “WUPJ Family” from an estimated 1.8 million members in more than 50 countries the chance to come together and learn, pray, sing, and build the future of the Jewish people.
Attendees will be able to celebrate and explore our shared values, experience Progressive Zionism in Israel, be inspired by our global leadership, meet new and old friends and feel a part of the global Progressive Jewish Movement.
