The Governing Board is the legal fiduciary body responsible for the organization’s operations and is the decision-making body. It ensures that the policies of the World Union, as guided by the International Leadership Council, are implemented.
The International Leadership Council is the body responsible for electing the members of the Governing Board and the Council and passing resolutions on matters of importance. Members participate in development and leadership of programs of the WUPJ, and are ambassadors for the World Union.
